Had a great two-night stay here! the room was super quiet and spacious with central heating, a TV with lots of channels, and a coffee/tea maker - really handy! the cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. the location was just right, close to taxis and the cool Metropol Parasol 👌.

Magnificent and marvellous location close to Plaza Ponce de Leon. Really close to the maze of streets, and tha train station. Traditional building and rooms with comfortable decoration. A bathtub in the bathroom.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Extremely clean. Helpful and accomodating staff (let us use parking lot after check-out).
Many stairs (elevator not much help). No window facing outside(a little dark).

The hotel has lovely tilework and cast iron work throughout; the windows had shutters etc so everything looked vey authentic. My inital room had the dreaded drain problem common to older buildings in older cities but staff were very helpful and moved me as soon as a room became available.
The hotel had been nicely refurbished but not all bathrooms had their own window so relied on effective fan ventilation - not sufficent when all the electrics go off when visitors leave their rooms for the day and certainly my exhaustt fan did not appear to operate very effficently.

This was a delightful little hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms very clean and air conditioned (important in the 38 degree heat!). We got exceptional rates for our rooms and the Hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the heart of the City. Perfect for a city break in lovely Seville.
The only annoyance was that the toilet kept dripping loudly all the time - a bit annoying when trying to sleep.

Thought it was a great hotel, excellent staff and great price. The location was perfect for us - away from the tourist area with more of a local feel. But the tourist area is close by less then 15 minutes walking - easy to get to. The rooms are big and very clean. Wifi worked great and was free. We stayed here 5 nights and didn't have a single problem. Good places to eat nearby.
